Generator supplying power to college campus
Updated 2 months ago
After experiencing a power failure in the early morning, Niagara College's Niagara-on-the-Lake campus is up and running again, with a generator supplying power to the main building.
Evening and weekend classes and activities will run as scheduled, and regular
weekday classes will resume Monday.
The power failure did not affect the Niagara-on-the-Lake campus residence, greenhouse or wine visitor and education centre, which remained open throughout the day,
and continue to function.
All classes and activities at Niagara College's Welland campus and
Maid of the Mist campus in Niagara Falls continue to run as scheduled.
